How do I know what plan to start with?

By Eric J · Updated March 4th, 2026 · Getting Started

Which Plan should I start With?

Choosing the right InboxAlly plan depends on several factors, including your average daily email volume, the number of sender profiles or domains you're managing, your current sending reputation, and how aggressively you're looking to scale. The ideal plan ensures you have enough seed emails to maintain the recommended ratio compared to your average daily volume — a critical factor in improving and protecting your sender reputation. We have standard and custom plan options available that can fit clients of any needs.

If you're just getting started or running smaller campaigns, the Starter Plan ($149/month) is often the best fit. It supports one sender profile, includes email-based support, and allows sending to 100 unique seed emails per day. This is typically effective for campaigns sending 2,000 emails or fewer per day , providing the foundational tools to improve deliverability and inbox placement.

For growing campaigns, the Plus Plan ($645/month) offers more flexibility. It supports up to five sender profiles and includes live chat and email support, along with 500 total sends to 500 unique seed emails per day. This plan works well for senders with a daily volume of up to 10,000 emails who want stronger support and broader seed coverage to maintain optimal deliverability.

If you're running larger-scale campaigns or managing multiple sender domains, the Premium Plan ($1,190/month) is designed for you. It allows for 1,000 total sends to 1,000 unique seed emails daily, supports up to ten sender profiles, and includes premium support via email, chat, and zoom. You'll also receive a 1-hour onboarding strategy session and bi-weekly 30-minute check-ins. This plan is best for those sending up to 20,000 emails per day and looking for expert guidance and strategic oversight.

Are there Other Plans Available?

For organizations with complex requirements or large-scale sending, the Enterprise Plan is fully customizable and tailored to your daily sending volume. It includes unlimited sender profiles, thousands of seed emails per day, and dedicated access to our strategic deliverability team. Whether you're managing multiple brands, overseeing client accounts, or operating a sophisticated email infrastructure, the Enterprise Plan is designed to scale, making it the ideal solution for agencies, high-volume senders, and businesses with advanced deliverability needs.

To help you estimate exactly which plan fits your needs, we recommend using our InboxAlly Service Planner — it’ll guide you through key factors like send volume, number of profiles, and more. And if you’re still unsure, feel free to book a live demo or ask our support team in chat for personalized recommendations.
