Who Can Cancel
Only the account owner (the person who originally signed up or who has billing permissions) can request to cancel a subscription. If you're not sure who that is, check your account settings or reach out to us.
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, simply reach out to us via the live chat widget on our website or in your InboxAlly dashboard. Our team will confirm your request and process the cancellation.
Once canceled, you’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle. You won’t be charged again unless you reactivate your plan.
